The Bolivar County Board of Supervisors adopted Subdivision Regulations in March of 2001, with Land Use Development Code being adopted on July 21, 2008. The Bolivar County Planning Commission meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the Bolivar County Courthouse Annex Building.
